Duties Include:
- Looking after assigned accounts
- Chasing and collecting over due debt
- Reconciliations
- Issuing copies of invoices and credit notes
- Allocating cash
- Resolving issues
- Building and maintaining relationships
- Providing an excellent service
- Ad hoc duties
The Successful Applicant:
- Have previous experience in a credit control role essential
- Be confident and provide excellent customer service essential
- Be proactive and driven desirable
- Be able to work within a team and independently desirable
- Be able to build and maintain lasting relationships essential
