Finance Administrator - Part Time


Salary:
£14,400 - £15,600 per annum (£24,000 - £26,000 per annum 0.6 FTE)

Are you a Finance Administrator looking for a temporary part time role? Our client is a long-standing organisation providing services to the community including advice, youth projects, parent support, and volunteering placements.

In the role of Finance Administratoryou will be carrying out day-to-day financial administration, collating and submitting invoices, creating invoices for customers, petty cash management and basic office duties.


Finance Administrator Responsibilities:

  • Scanning and uploading invoices to cloud storage
  • Creating and processing invoices for tenancy and casual hire customers
  • Submitting payroll information to accountants on a monthly basis
  • Adding payments to our online banking system
  • Manage enquiries relating to payments and payroll
  • Corresponding with customers and staff
  • Administering petty cash for the office and the food coop
  • Completing other office duties as required

Finance Administrator Essentials:

  • Numerate, and able to work accurately
  • Strong administration skills
  • Good IT skills able to use Microsoft Office, Windows etc
  • Strong communication skills in written and spoken English
  • A good team player, able to effectively coordinate with/manage others
  • Ability to manage own time and to deliver to tight time scales
  • Ability to prioritise tasks in an organised manner
