Plant Performance Manager - Knapton
Lead through BOPEX frameworks to optimize plant performance, reliability, and maintenance of operational assets. Drive a culture of Continuous Improvement to meet asset care KPIs, manage budgets, projects, and collaborate with the site leadership team for long-term planning and energy roadmaps. Promote the highest HS&E standards and food safety compliance.
Profile:
Graduate or equivalent with experience in engineering role, operational experience in process-driven industry, knowledge of CHP equipment management, Continuous Improvement principles, Energy Management, Process visualization, Budget and Team Management, Total Safety, and engineering management systems. Proficiency in spoken and written English.
