The Role:

As a
Nursery Practitioner, you will contribute to the daily operations, ensuring a stimulating environment for children's learning and development.

Responsibilities:

Ensure highquality learning experiences through wellplanned play and adaptable initiatives.
Maintain legal ratios and supervise children during meals, considering allergies and dietary requirements.
Adhere to task deadlines, attend training, and implement EYFS curriculum.
Create a stimulating environment, encourage responsibility, and support children's transitions.
Attend staff meetings, develop partnerships with parents, and stay updated on childcare policies.
Plan for keychildren, observe achievements, and ensure effective safeguarding procedures.
Comply with Food Safety regulations and contribute to the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the nursery.
Perform intimate care routines, including nappy changing and first aid support.
Adherence to company policies, including the Code of Conduct, and flexibility in undertaking requested duties.

Requirements:

Previously worked as a Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Nurse, or in a similar role.
Relevant experience in early childhood education.
Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare
Knowledge of EYFS curriculum and childcare legislation.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
