Description
I am looking for a Service Desk Controller to manage service inquiries from both internal and external customers.Responsibilities
- Control the end to end process associated with customer service
- Capture sufficient detailed information to thoroughly understand the customers' requirements
- Coordinate Service Engineers reports checking that all areas are completed accurately and supplied in a timely manner.
- Collate all required information to enable accurate invoicing
- Resolve all customer invoice queries
- Actively seek and support new business
Person Specification
- Strong customer service background
- Confident using own initiative
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Computer literate and confident using MS packages and various systems
Hours of Work
- Monday to Thursday 8:30am 5:30pm
- Friday 8:30am 4:00pm
Job Type:
Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months

£25,000.00 per year
