Description
I am looking for a Service Desk Controller to manage service inquiries from both internal and external customers.


Responsibilities

  • Control the end to end process associated with customer service
  • Capture sufficient detailed information to thoroughly understand the customers' requirements
  • Coordinate Service Engineers reports checking that all areas are completed accurately and supplied in a timely manner.
  • Collate all required information to enable accurate invoicing
  • Resolve all customer invoice queries
  • Actively seek and support new business

Person Specification

  • Strong customer service background
  • Confident using own initiative
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy
  • Computer literate and confident using MS packages and various systems

Hours of Work

  • Monday to Thursday 8:30am 5:30pm
  • Friday 8:30am 4:00pm

Job Type:
Fixed term contract

Contract length: 6 months


Salary:
£25,000.00 per year
