The Manchester College wants to hear from you If you are a qualified and experienced Games Development Teacher, with a strong background in achieving great results and can support students with outstanding teaching and learning, then we have a career path for you

    Working at our City Campus Manchester, as a Games Development teacher, you will report into our head of department. You will have the opportunity to Introduce students to Game Art career pathways and industry standards. Provide hands-on project-based learning, supporting students in creating their own Game Art assets utilising industry software and tools. Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in Game Art and Development, covering topics such as game design principles.

    Instructing students in the use of industry-standard game development software such as Unity, Unreal Engine, Autodesk Maya, and Adobe Creative Suite.

    Evaluate student performance and maintain accurate records of progress.
    Stay updated with the latest advancements and trends in the game development industry.
    Certificate of education or PGCE
    Minimum Level 3 occupational qualification
    English and maths minimum level 2, grade C or grade 4 and aboveAbout us
