- Responsible with project Method Statements & Risk Assessments
- Dealing with Health & Safety on site and working with Health and Safety Manager to ensure Health & Safety standards are met and maintained and in conducting investigations
- Conducting site staff inductions and tool box talks
- Completing timesheets and arranging appropriate staffing cover on projects.
- Running multiple projects from handover to completion
- Establishing and maintaining excellent working relationships with clients
- Ensuring that projects run to schedule and to budget
- Achieving set business targets as set by the Director
- Accurately preparing reports and documents as required by the Director
- Ensuring all necessary administrative functions required for the proper and effective running of the projects are carried out in a timely manner
- Being commercially aware and liaising with the Director on any possible business opportunity for the Company and/or Group whilst on projects
- Relevant Scaffolding qualifications along with a valid CSCS card
- Experience in Contracts Managing in a competitive environment
- Experience delivering high-level and complex projects.
- Knowledge of construction site health and safety and industry best practice
- Proficient in using Microsoft Products including Excel and Word
- Willing to travel and work on different sites and locations
- UK Driving Licence
- Salary up to £60K - £75K DOE

Contracts Manager - Required for our client a leading scaffolding contractor to join them in Central London. This is a fantastic opportunity for Contracts Manager to work for a leading name with a close-knit friendly working environment. Our client provides a complete range of services and are a leading scaffolding contractor with a Turnover of £15 million. The Contracts Manager will work for a company that have a strong in-house team, working on projects up to £4 million in value.
The Contracts Manager will be working with Director in creating and formulating business development strategies, forecasts and sourcing new business opportunities and potential clients as well as managing systems to facilitate successful delivery of projects. The Contact Manager will have experience within the Scaffolding industry in a similar role.
