We are looking for an experienced and committed individual to help shape our improvement journey to becoming a high performing social landlord.


Your next role


Reporting to the Director of Housing, you will lead a busy and diverse housing management team, contributing towards giving our tenants the best possible chance to thrive, not just in their tenancy but also in their neighbourhoods.

This means ensuring our residents receive the support they need.

This is a diverse service area covering both general purpose and sheltered housing. The team also delivers neighbourhood services via our Neighbourhood Warden Team.


To be successful in this role, you will need to be creative and innovative, able to work effectively with senior managers responsible for their portfolio of responsibilities and with relevant partner agencies as well as having excellent negotiation and communication skills.


You will have experience of working under pressure at a strategic and senior level and demonstrate a strong track record in service improvement.

Detailed knowledge of social housing landlord and tenant law and a relevant professional qualification or equivalent is required.

  • You must be fluent in the English language (as a requirement of Part 7 of the Immigration Act "for the effective performance of a customerfacing role")._
