    Key Responsibilities of the SEN Teacher in Poole:
    Designing and delivering individualised lessons and learning activities that cater to the unique needs of students with Autism.
    Implementing evidence-based strategies and interventions to support students' academic, social, and emotional development.

    Collaborating with colleagues, parents, and external professionals to develop comprehensive support plans and ensure a holistic approach to student well-being.

    Monitoring student progress and adjusting teaching strategies as needed to promote continuous growth and achievement.

    Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent SEN teaching qualification.
    Experience working with students with Autism spectrum disorders or related special educational needs.
    Strong understanding of SEN best practices, interventions, and strategies.
    Commitment to ongoing professional development and reflective practice.
