    The Skyral Business Development team is responsible for realising our company's ambitious growth goals, breaking into new markets and maintaining relationships with long-term clients.

    We're seeking a professional that will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities in Air environments, expanding market share, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

    Proven experience in business development, sales or account management, ideally within the Land and/or STRATCOM sector.
    Strong understanding of the defence market, including the technological, regulatory, and procurement aspects.
    Willingness to travel as required for client meetings, industry events, and other professional engagements.
    Identify and pursue new business opportunities in their market sector. This includes market research, competitive analysis, and strategy development for entering new markets or expanding in existing ones.
    This involves regular communication, understanding client needs, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services and solutions.

    Work closely with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and project management, to ensure that client requirements are met and projects are delivered successfully.

    Provide insights into market trends and customer needs to guide the development of new products or services. Participate in defence industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to stay updated on market trends and build a professional network.

    Ensure all business activities comply with relevant legal, regulatory, and ethical standards specific to the Defence sector, including export controls and security requirements.
