About Our Client:


My client, is a Public Sector organisation based in Walsall seeking a Customer Service Advisor on a 6-Month Fixed-term basis.

As Customer Service Advisor, based in Walsall, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Act as the first point of contact for Housing tenants
  • Aim to solve queries at first point of contact, avoiding escalation
  • Answering a range of queries, varying from rent arrears, ASB, to Housing repairs
  • Handling a high volume of incoming calls
  • Providing first class customer service and putting the customer at the forefront

The Successful Applicant:


The successful Customer Service Advisor will:

  • Immediately Available or available at short notice
  • Live within a commutable distance to Walsall
  • Have excellent customer service skills facetoface or over the phone
  • Fantastic communication skills both verbal and written
  • IT Literate

What's on Offer:

As Customer Service Advisor, based in Walsall, you will be entitled to the following:

  • £24, £26,440.00
  • Fixed-Term Contract for 5 Months
  • 37.5 hours per week (8am 4pm/9am 5pm/10am 6pm)
