Job Title: Frontend, Backend and Full Stack Developer Role (AEM/CQ5)

Location: Birmingham, UK (On-site)

Duration: 6-8 months (Likely to be extended)

Rate: £55 per hour (Inside IR35)

Our client is looking for Developers with expertise in AEM/CQ5 and a programming language (either frontend, backend or both). You MUST be able to work on-site in Birmingham, UK, five days a week, for the duration of the contract.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in AEM development and admin.
• Strong proficiency in a Frontend (Typescript/Javascript, React, , and Webpack etc.) OR Backend (Java, Python) programming language.
• Experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs and GraphQL endpoints.
• Experience with performance optimisation and web accessibility standards.
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code tooling, such as Terraform.
• Hands-on experience architecting, designing, and developing applications on cloud platforms like AWS - (Familiarity with SkyFoundry is advantageous).
• Familiarity with Apache Sling, OSGi, and headless CMS architecture.
• Proficiency in software development principles and best practices.
• Experience with performance optimisation, security, and scalability of backend systems.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts and mentor junior developers effectively.
