Morgan Philips are delighted to be partnering with a market leading Global business who are looking to hire a GBS Commercial Lead who will be responsible for the implementation, operation and improvement of Commercial's processes in scope of Global BusinessServices (GBS).

A member of the GBS and Commercial leadership teams, this role will advance, execute and drive transformational changes that deliver continuous improvement associated with the company's Commercial provision, product lines, geographies and businessunits, as well as, future business acquisition, product line and geographic expansion.

This role will be The GBS Commercial Lead (inclusive of this role) will provide thought leadership, insight, end-to-end process and technology improvement initiatives, working with the Commercial retained organisation and outsource service provider to drivethe establishment of standards and best practices within Commercial to improve value and internal customer satisfaction.
