- Act as the resident expert in sales automation, consistently exploring and implementing new and enhanced methods to empower our sales teams in engaging with customers and driving business growth
- Assist in optimizing existing sales automation processes and workflows, focusing on scalability and efficiency
- Work closely with the sales technology lead and revenue transformation team to automate standardized processes and programs, empowering sales team members
- Take the lead on the technical aspects of automation projects, from gathering requirements to analyzing data and ensuring successful delivery within established timelines
- Collaborate closely with engineering, IT, and sales teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of technologies that support our sales automation strategy
- Bachelor's degree (Master's a plus) in STEM field
- Demonstrated experience in CRM administration and automation platforms
- Experience with automation platforms including Salesloft, Outreach or customer engagement platforms including Drift, Intercom is a plus
- Broad general tech knowledge with soft skills for non-technical aspects of sales.
- Experience with any of the below technologies is a plus:
- Sales force automation (SFA) - ( Salesforce, Dynamics etc.)
- Marketing automation platform (HubSpot, SF MarketingCloud, Marketo etc.)
- Sales outreach platform (Salesloft, Outreach etc.)
- Intent data platform (6Sense, ZoomInfo, Demandbase etc.)
- Customer success platform (Intercom, Drift etc.)
