    Red Hall Primary School is a welcoming learning community with high expectations of achievement and success for all its pupils in a caring and supportive environment. The child centred ethos of our school provides a wide range of opportunities for all children to develop a positive self-image.

    Our school was rated Good by Ofsted in September 2023 who commented "Red Hall Primary School is a warm, inclusive and welcoming place to learn in. Pupils enjoy coming to school and speak of it with pride".

    The dedicated team of staff and governors all work together to ensure that the outcomes for 'our children' are the best they can be.

    An exciting opportunity has become available at Red Hall Primary School to join our happy, dedicated team with motivated, hard-working pupils. We have a supportive Governing Body who are helping to ensure that standards are rising throughout the school.     The role will commence in September 2024.

    We are looking for someone with:

  • A passion for teaching and learning and a sound subject knowledge, that can be utilised to challenge all pupils. The ability to motivate, inspire and stimulate curiosity, interest and enjoyment of learning in pupils.
  • Committed to inclusion and clear knowledge of how to work with multi-agencies to support children with a wide range of needs and abilities.
  • Robust knowledge of early childhood development and how to support families to improve outcomes for pupils.
  • A secure knowledge of the teaching and learning of phonics and strategies to encourage rich language acquisition.
  • An excellent understanding of the importance of the development of early reading and writing.
  • High aspirations for all children rooted in the belief that every child has the potential to succeed.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be able to work as part of a supportive and enthusiastic team.
  • High expectations of pupils in terms of learning, achievement and behaviour.
  • A strong knowledge of the KS1 curriculum. Whilst our website can convey some information about us, nothing beats coming and seeing the school at work.
