ROLE SUMMARY

This role offers a fantastic opportunity to further your career in eCommerce whilst working in one of the fastest growing industries in the country.

Sitting within the eCommerce team, you will contribute towards the ambitious growth of our D2C online business.

Joining this fast-paced team, you'll be getting stuck in and gaining a wide range of skills and experience working with colleagues across business.

You will play an important part in the eCommerce team to help plan, support, and deliver our commercial growth.

You will be key in supporting the team with managing and executing seasonal campaigns and promotional plans on all our trading websites.


This role is perfect for someone wanting to learn all aspects of eCommerce and work within a tight knit team.

This person will support the planning and execution of all seasonal campaigns and promotional plans as well the sales performance.

You will be a strong self-starter with the initiative to drive and deliver results.

Core Relationships

Internal -***- Supply chain Team: Stock forecast and supply based on campaign plans and sales run rate

  • Activation Team: Work closely to drive traffic to the website through offline engagement.
  • NWEA brand Team: Ensure ecommerce delivers to the agreed campaign plans
  • Ecommerce Team: Work closely with piers to share insights, drive traffic and website enhancements which will result in strong sales performance
  • Finance Team: Work closely to propose new pricing strategies, ensuring that they profit positive

Owned Stores Team:
Ensure Online and Stores are aligned and sync for all pricing proposals and Key initiatives (Subscriptions)

  • Legal & Affairs (LEX): Ensure we remain within our legal restrictions for all ecommerce related activities
  • Customer Service Team: Ensure all major promotions and website changes are communicated and aligned with CC team
  • SP&I: Forecasting volume uplifts from key campaign & promotional planning.

External

  • Design Agency: Brief assets and design work where required, managing the end to end project
  • Development Agency: follow the procedures to raise, test and launch website developments as agreed to the plan

ACCOUNTABILITIES

eCommerce Trade and Planning

  • Proactively drive online sales by optimising campaigns and propositions
  • Champion the Online KPI's, timely and accurate reporting and monitoring of trading patterns, identifying risks and opportunity to trade.
  • Clear understanding of the drivers of sales, levering traffic, conversion or AOV to achieve targets.
  • Managing onsite merchandising and crossselling spaces across the website
  • Conducting site audits and consistency checking, updating content as appropriate
  • Support commercial planning by review pricing strategies based on competitor offerings and business targets
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities and support in compiling business cases for change
  • Work closely with Digital acquisition/ Activation team to ensure we maximise all traffic driving opportunities
  • Understand the Range performance, run rates and stock required per sku, in ensure strong sales performance.
  • Utilise reporting tools such as Power BI, Google Analytics, Magento, Subs Pro dashboard to provide valuable trading insights.
  • Clear and confident presentation skills to update on business performance weekly, monthly, adhoc
  • Work closely with CRM to ensure channel alignment on messaging and promotions, influencing the team to drive effective sales driving campaigns
  • Always ensure promotions and messaging remain LEX approved
  • Drive the D2C subscriptions model to ensure we acquire as much new & repeat customers
  • Timely and accurate reporting and insights for adhoc request from different business departments where required

eCommerce Development and UAT

  • Support to drive conversion rate and ATV through user experience optimisation & onsite merchandising
  • Work closely with the IDT support to ensure all new requirements are captured and planned in the roadmap
  • Managing and resolving any live bugs as identified
  • Support in building the eCommerce development roadmap, identifying solutions to barriers of sales, and managing the production of these
  • Conduct/ Support in User Acceptance Testing to ensure solutions are fit for purpose, signing off if they meet the requirement brief
  • Review insights to improve product offerings, including design and functionality
  • Efficient use of ADO (Azure Dev Ops) to manage all development/ Bugs/ UAT workstream
  • Project management of new enhancement workstreams, acting as the main POC for the e
