    D365 Head of Practice - Remote - c£125k + Benefits

    Nigel Frank are working exclusively with a leading MS Gold Partner, assisting their search for a D365 Head of Practice opportunity.

    This is a brilliant opportunity for a driven professional with a proven track record delivering D365 projects within a consultancy environment, to hit the ground running as the Head of Practice for D365 and continue to build up and drive the business to success.

    Following project successes, my client have built up a fantastic pipeline of D365 projects across a range of reputable customers, where this role will act as a pivotal figure to ensure successful delivery across projects.

    The role offers a home working model and competitive base salary.

    Candidate must be based in the UK with full right to work.

    Roles & Responsibilities

    • Oversee the successful implementation of the D365 ERP and CRM roadmap and portfolio of projects.
    • Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes, analyse requirements, and propose innovative solutions that maximise the value of D365FO.
    • Take responsibility for delivering development tasks within agreed budgets and timelines
    • Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team to ensure optimal delivery to customer projects.
    • Participate in pre-sales activities, orchestrating and leading demonstrations.

    Skills & Certifications

    • Extensive experience working with the Microsoft Dynamics Stack systems, specifically Dynamics F&O.
    • Proven track record of successfully leading ERP implementations, including full project lifecycle management.
    • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Your ability to influence and articulate ideas ensures clear and impactful interactions across all levels of the organisation.
