£22,000 + Bonus + Benefits

Stockport (hybrid working)


Shift Pattern
:
Monday to Friday between 8am-7pm & 1 Saturday per month

A little bit about what you'll do
Sometimes, to really make the most of our products, customers need a helping hand. You'll be there on the end of the phone to give advice and provide technical support.

One day, you could be helping customers access online features; the next, you could bediscussing how they can improve their health.

With your guidance, each member will soon be earning tons of brilliant points and receiving great rewards.

With this kind of role, it helps if you've done it before. So, we're looking for customer service experience and good understanding of modern tech. You'll also need to be an excellent listener who can solve issues by asking the right questions. An organisedteam player, you'll communicate clearly and play your part in meeting shared targets.
