Head (m/f/d) Competence Team Application Deployment
Permanent position, full-time - Cologne Your tasks

As a member of the NC ITS management team, you will be responsible for the technical and disciplinary management of your future 5-person team
You will be responsible for software distribution on tens of thousands of Windows computers with over 900 software packages
You will be responsible for the operation and control of packaging processes and software deployment for our customers and our internal IT department
You will optimize our packaging factory and also ensure quality management
You lead situationally adapted to the respective employees and support their development
You are responsible for building and expanding your team as well as staff scheduling and utilization
You have successfully completed a technical apprenticeship and have already gained professional experience in an IT environment and in a management position with personnel responsibility
Experience with the application of service management processes (ITIL) (perhaps even with certificates) is an advantage
You have a deep understanding of the Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems
Ideally, you already have practical experience with software distribution systems
Android, iOS / MacOS are no stranger to you - quite the opposite
Fluent written and spoken German is a prerequisite - other languages are welcome
