    Your main task will be to improve reporting systems, ensuring they're efficient and meet industry standards. You'll evaluate current processes, identifying areas for improvement, and manage MI from Outsourced Partners. Collaboration with OSPs and teams is crucial for overcoming obstacles and driving service improvements.

    You'll also manage 10 partners and you will have the autonomy to address ad hoc reports and tasks, contributing to the continuous evolution of the organisation.

    Candidates should possess a robust background in administration management, with a proven track record of process improvement and stakeholder engagement.
