    Electrical Engineer - Billingham, UK

    Position: Electrical Engineer

    Job Description

    Cooperation with the construction team to ensure all engineering deliverables are met. Proven ability to problem solve and resolve coordination issues. Knowledge of services coordination, P&ID's and Design Schematics required. Have keen attention to detail and production of quality General arrangement layout drawings. Help with the Commissioning ethos for projects, ensuring that Jones Engineering is the best it can be everyday everywhere.

    Your responsibilities will include:

    1. Reporting to the Project Manager on project progress, risks, and issues.
    2. Analyse supplier information for alignment with design specifications.
    3. Review and understand schematics, GA plans and projects specifications.
    4. Design reviews, validate equipment and systems.
    5. Complete technical submittals, RFIs, equipment registers and trackers.
    6. Analysis of all design documentation and identification of any scope gaps.
    7. Review of test procedures and of the operating manuals with the Specialist Vendor teams.
    8. Maintain project documentation.
    9. Attends Meetings as required.

    Skills and Requirements

    To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:

    • Third Level Qualification in Electrical Engineering.
    • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role.
    • Experience in the Pharmaceutical industry desirable.
    • Fluent English essential.
    • Excellent IT skills required.
    • Experience in Revit, AutoCAD would be advantageous.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills essential.
    • CSCS or Safety Passport H&S Qualifications mandatory.
