    Description
    A Tier 1 Construction and civil engineering contractor are recruiting a Sub Agent to join their busy Southwestern Division. The company would consider candidates seeking both permanent and long term contract positions.
    This project is underway and has an estimated duration of 3+ years.

    The company has an outstanding relationship with the Environment Agency as part of a framework and has been awarded a large project in the Wareham area of Dorset.

    This project will invariably involve earthworks, piling, small civils works, temporary works and will have a positive impact on the local ecology and the environment.

    The successful candidate will have experience of delivering civil engineering projects.


    Sub Agent duties include:


    the engineering team with solutions to technical challengesin production and integration of 3-week programmesdesigns from the inhouse and external designersthe project team with construction methodology and sequencingwith the project team on resource, plant and material requirementsand mentoring the junior members of the engineering teamvalue engineering throughout the construction processRFI's and Technical QueriesBenefits:basic salarycar or car allowancePension SchemeHealthcareto include all Bank HolidaysThe business will be able to keep you working on the South Coast, offering a variety of projects, security and package that reflects your contribution to the company.
