Castell Howell Foods is Wales' leading independent food service wholesaler, servicing the length and breadth of Wales, the Border Counties and the South West of England.

We currently have a vacancy for a Goods In Administrator based at our Cross Hands depot.


Main Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Work with the Supply Coordinator to confirm delivery dates of issued supplier purchases orders
  • Input delivery notes against outstanding purchase orders, efficiently and accurately
  • Identify/address any anomalies with deliveries
  • Book in supplier deliveries for organised and efficient running of Goods In
  • Update the Supply Chain department regularly throughout the day and advise of any changes to the delivery schedule
  • Communicate stock delivery issues to relevant departments
  • Provide accurate delivery information to the sales team, regarding the availability of stock
  • Ensure documentation is completed to a high standard
  • Ensure data is accurate and informative on Lady Lodge system
  • Reporting all stock loss/short deliveries to Supply and Logistics Controllers

What we offer:

- £29,835 per annum
