    Stellantis has a rich portfolio of iconic automotive brands: Peugeot, Citroen, DS Automobiles, Vauxhall, Alfa Romeo, Maserati, Fiat, Vauxhall, Jeep, and Abarth.

    The Location:

    This role is based at the Vauxhall Motors Manufacturing Plant in Luton, UK. There are nearly 1,500 employees based at the site building a light commercial vehicle under the Citroën, Peugeot, Fiat, Opel and Vauxhall badges. It is a fast paced, high volume site working across 3 shifts and producing 2,500 vans a week for the end customer.

    Role Purpose:

    The Manufacturing Finance Department provides on-site financial analysis and support to assist the plant in achieving cost targets, a good control environment and interpreting and reporting financial results to central Manufacturing Finance for consolidation. The successful candidate will support the on-site buyer liaison manager with cost saving opportunity analysis and reporting.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • to the plant finance controller, working with the local manufacturing plant buyer and Monozukuri lead
    • cost saving opportunities for plant assembly costs, engineering solutions and inbound freight
    • completion of identified opportunities
    • with management reporting on the results of saving opportunities
    • manufacturing units with purchase order and invoice queries
