    Responsibilities:

    • Developing, building, and delivering technical solutions to customers using IBM's Business Analytics technologies (Cognos Analytics, Planning Analytics, Content Hub)
    • Enhancing skills in IBM's Business Analytics technologies
    • Acting as a subject matter expert in Cognos Analytics for customers and colleagues
    • Supporting others through mentoring, coaching, and presentations
    • Engaging in client advocacy practices within Expert Labs
    • Ensuring customer success while meeting key metrics for Expert Labs

    Additionally, you will:

    • Identify new technology services and product sales opportunities for Data & AI Expert Labs
    • Establish standards and processes for consistency across the Expert Labs portfolio
    • Provide strategic advice on technology impacting sales and product development
    • Discover and support new technology and industry areas of interest for Data & AI to drive revenue
    • Coach internal and external stakeholders on advancements in Cognos Analytics and Data & AI
    Required Technical and Professional Expertise

    • Extensive experience and expertise in developing IBM Cognos Analytics solutions or similar technology
    • Professional services/consulting experience
    • Demonstrated success in implementing complex solutions in data analytics/reporting technologies
    • Ability to translate business and technical requirements into solution architecture and best practices
    • Strong multitasking abilities
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

    • Bachelor's degree, advanced degree preferred
    • IBM Professional Certifications in Business Analytics technologies
    • Experience with IBM Planning Analytics and other IBM Data & AI technologies
    • IBM Professional certification in IBM Data & AI technologies
