Event Producer - Event Operations & Production role

B2B Online and Venue Based Events

Based in London - Hybrid working

Salary up to £40K + Company Benefits

In this hybrid Event Producer role you will produce (including; agenda research & creation and speaker recruitment) and deliver (manage the needs of the sponsors, operationally arrange the events, and liaise with attendees to ensure they get the maximum out of each event) small business events that are held online and in person.

This is an event operations and research position where you will work closely with event sponsors and attendees.

Your skills / Experience

• Commercial b2b event project management skills - venue sourcing, managing suppliers, working with sponsors and attendees to ensure they are supported and have all the information needed to get the most out of their event experience
• Experience in b2b event operations and ideally with experience (or an interest in) producing smaller conferences, roundtables or networking events.
• Outstanding stakeholder management
• Customer service skills
• Excellent communication and organisation skills
