    A leading legal firm is on the hunt for a Family Solicitor to join their high-performing team.

    Title: Family Solicitor
    Salary: Competitive
    Contract: Full-time, Permanent, Flexible Working
    Location: Romford, Hybrid Available

    Key Responsibilities of the Family Solicitor

    • Handling a full and varied caseload of Private Family Matters including HNW individuals but not limited to:
    • Divorce and separation
    • Children matters
    • Separation/Cohabitation agreements
    • Finances
    • Domestic violence injunctions
    • Pre/Post Nuptial agreements
    Providing expert legal advice on a range of family law mattersRepresenting clients in court and negotiation settingsDrafting and reviewing legal documents related to family lawManaging a diverse caseload with a high degree of independence

    Desirable Skills and Requirements of the Family Solicitor

    • Qualified Solicitor with a focus on Family Law
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
    • Ability to manage a diverse caseload independently
    • Strong attention to detail and commitment to client service
