We create design-leading sustainable blankets, scarves and other products that bring warmth whilst having a positive impact and are soon to be B-Corp certified.


We are looking for a passionate Customer Experience Team Leader to lead the team and offer an amazing customer experience both instore and on-line.

You will be running our flagship store in Leith Edinburgh, whilst also co-ordinating the customer experience support team online, to offer support to all sales teams and customers online.

As a Customer Experience Team Leader, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading, co-ordinating and motivating a team of sales associates to manage all customer support needed online and instore
  • Helping to set store sales targets and ensuring they are met or exceeded
  • Working with the sales team to ensure customer support tasks are actioned by your team in line with their level or priority
  • Ensuring that the shop is replenished, merchandised and clean at all times
  • Ensuring the team is providing excellent customer service
  • Keeping track of inventory and ordering new stock as needed
  • Working with the product and brand teams to ensure the shop is visually merchandised to a high standard and easy to shop for customers
  • Manage the organising and running of community building events instore
  • Working as the key customer service support person for one or more sales teams including Wholesale, Corporate and Retail
  • Looking for ways to improve efficiencies and optimise customer support online and instore
  • Developing initiatives to drive traffic and sales in store
  • Managing the rota to ensure adequate cover for the store at all times
  • Recruiting and training any additional team members when needed
  • Previous retail leadership or management experience
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • A passion for fashion and sustainability
  • A positive and enthusiastic attitude
  • An ability to interpret and utilise sales data
  • Strong IT skills
  • The ability to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment

Details

Location: 5 days a week based at our Leith Studio, Edinburgh

Hours:
Mon-Sat 8am-4.30pm or 9am-5.30pm, a minimum of 2 Saturdays a month with be required


Salary:
£26-28k pa dependent on experience
