Description
A very well regarded City firm is looking to hire a Restructuring & Insolvency Associate for its Legal 500 ranked team in London.
The firm's leading team works on a full range of both contentious and non-contentious Restructuring & Insolvency matters. In particular, you will have the opportunity to work on both cross-border and domestic restructuring, advising a variety of stakeholders including distressed debt investors, private equity, asset-based lenders, directors and insolvency practitioners. Clients frequently arise from the retail sector.
Candidates must have high quality Restructuring and Insolvency experience, ideally gained from a comparable City firm. The preference is for Junior Associates between 1-3 years' PQE, however the firm may consider strong candidates outside of this range. Excellent technical ability and academics are a prerequisite, given the calibre of the firm.
