    Embark on the exciting journey with my prestigious client, as they look to revolutionise their team. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping, influencing, introducing, and maintaining a cutting-edge solution tailored for the EMEA experience analysis community internally.

    This is an excellent role for candidates who have worked with experience analysis, and who want to move into a more business centric role and be part of a global transformation. Working closely with R developers to ensure that the business requirements are met, you will be translating technical specifications from the wider EMEA teams to the developers.

    You will also be offering advice and technical expertise to the IT development team, collaborating on the delivery of the new global experience study platform, encompassing the analytics engine, results database, results reporting, and Experience Studies tracking. Part of this role will be coordinating with regional teams on experience studies practices and overall end-to-end experience studies topics

    Candidates will need to establish a robust governance framework for tools and standard methodologies in experience analysis, ensuring operational excellence while addressing regional and global requirements.

    This is an excellent opportunity to build a foundation of solid international networks, as well as be part of the pivotal change internally.

    Candidates must:

    Have experience analysis knowledge
    * Be proficient in R, you will not be doing the coding/programming, but will need to sense check and challenge developers where required
    * Have the ability to build good relationships internally
    * Ideally have an actuarial background
