Legal Receptionist, Legal Admin, Receptionist, Admin, Administrative Support, Permanent, LondonLegal Receptionist/Admin/Legal AdminA Legal Reception/Admin/Legal Admin is required by a London based multi-service law firm established in 2006 to provide efficient, cost effective and expert solutions to businesses and individuals
Responsibilities:
- To manage the reception area within the office to a high professional standard.
- To answer all calls to the office promptly, transferring callers to the appropriate departments or taking sufficiently detailed messages.
- To deal with incoming post.
- To assist with organising catering.
- Arranging appointments with clients.
- Arranging outside visits, e.g. prisons, hospitals, home visits.
- Providing general administration duties in support of the office.
- To work at all times in accordance with the policies and practices defined within the Office Manual and to liaise with the Principal regarding suggested improvements to any aspect of the quality system.
- To assist as necessary with other duties commensurate with the position e.g. filing, photocopying, faxing, etc.
In addition, you may be expected to undertake casework which will include:
- arranging meetings and conferences;
- drafting standard letters.
The ideal Legal Receptionist must possess the following:
- Customer Service
- Telephony Skills
- Keyboard Skills
- IT Skills
- Written and oral communication skills
