Our respected client, a leading law firm, seeks a driven and commercially-minded Solicitor (2+ years PQE) to join their established team.

This exciting role offers the chance to gain invaluable experience working on a wide range of high-profile commercial matters alongside a supportive and experienced team.

Craft and negotiate diverse commercial contracts (sales agreements, shareholder agreements, service contracts).
Conduct thorough legal due diligence for corporate transactions.
Provide clear legal guidance to clients across a spectrum of commercial matters.
Conduct in-depth legal research and create clear, concise legal documents.

Excellent communication, writing, and research skills.
Commercial awareness and a practical approach to problem-solving.
