We're seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Client Processing to join our EMEA Markets Investigations team.

This role is located in Manchester

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

Assist with the onboarding and enhancing reconciliations for Securities Finance within the Markets Investigations team.
Support the Business in carrying out reconciliation and investigations functions in relation to Securities Finance. Performing root cause analysis to identify and resolve underlying causes. Liaise with Business and/or Processing teams to communicate and implement process improvements.
Analyse trends and present findings with recommendations to direct process improvements. Ensure proper review of aging items and adherence to aging standards for exceptions.
Escalate issues and queries to management as appropriate. Interact with clients and across business areas as required.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

3+ years of work experience in Securities Finance and Foreign Exchange preferred.
Proficiency in Excel/Power BI preferred.
