  • Week commencing Monday 4th DecemberWe are looking to appoint a Teaching Assistant to provide high quality, supportive and nurturing provision for specific children in Key Stage 2. Your core duties will be:


  • Working with a team to deliver high quality provision for specific children in our school
  • Prepare the classroom for the next day's learning
  • Supervise and support a child during morning lessons and over lunchtime
  • Encouraging the children to positively interact with others and engage in lessons led by the teacher.
  • Supporting the children's academic, physical and emotional wellbeing
  • Supporting and nurturing the children to become the best versions of themselves and ready for the next stage of their education
  • Being aware of pupil barriers to learning, progress, achievements and able to adapt activities as discussed with the class teacher.
  • Supporting the teacher in managing pupil behaviour and supporting the needs of the children.
