    Do you have a background in Stoma or Colorectal care?

    Evolve are recruiting for an innovative healthcare organisation that provides a first-class home delivery service for patients who require stoma care.


    Our client is seeking a Stoma Care Nurse to join their team at Durham Hospital, where you will deliver high quality, evidence-based care to all patients who have or may require the formation of a stoma within the hospital setting.

    You will also provide expert advice and education for all staff within the hospital and community.


    This is a permanent position on a full-time basis, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday - 8am to 4pm, with half an hour for lunch.

    Ideal Requirement for a Stoma Care Nurse


    • NMC registered with post-registration experience in stoma or colorectal care.
    • Commercial awareness.
    • Full UK driving licence.
    Role Responsibilities for a Stoma Care Nurse


    • Deliver high quality, evidence-based care to all patients who have or may require the formation of a stoma.
    • Provide expert advice and education for all staff within the hospital.
    • Responsible for reviewing, auditing, and improving the quality of care delivered.
    • Possess a good knowledge of primary care patient management systems.
