    Description

    This position seeks a highly organised Purchase Ledger Clerk with a keen eye for detail to join our Accounting & Finance team within the industrial / manufacturing industry based in Skelmersdale.

    Our client is a globally recognised entity in the industrial / manufacturing sector with a workforce of over 2,000 employees.

    They are known for their high-quality products and commitment to sustainability, maintaining a significant presence in the industry and a robust customer base worldwide.

    Balancing of supplier statements for nominated accounts
    Set up new supplier accounts and maintain existing account details within the purchase ledger
    Monthly reconciliation of supplier statements
    A successful Purchase Ledger Clerk should have:

    An Accounting or Finance degree or AAT qualification
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
    Understanding of accounting software, preferably QuickBooks
    Comprehensive benefits package
