VOID PROPERTY CLEANER


We are a large property company based in Luton providing housing to local authorities across Herts Beds & Bucks Due to our continued expansion we are currently looking for an experienced void property cleaner to cover Herts, Beds & Bucks and surrounding areas on a permanent basis.

Working in our maintenance department, and alongside our Property Managers you will ideally have 1years relevant experience in a similar role but not essential.

You will be responsible for pre/end of tenancy/after maintenance cleaning.

The goal is to keep our portfolio of properties clean and that duties are completed in the time provided to a high standard.

Our requirements and some of the cleaning jobs duties:

  • Proven work experience as a cleaner
  • Physically fit to carry out cleaning duties including bending, pushing, lifting and handling equipment.
  • Knowledge of basic cleaning equipment and materials
  • Possess good communication skills including understanding/accepting instructions
  • Deep cleaning
  • Carpet cleaning
  • Oven Cleaning
  • Salary competitive depending on experience
  • This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic, efficient, reliable, flexible and able to work to deadlines.
    Must hold a valid UK driving licence. Good spoken English essential

£22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
