Credit Controller - London, United Kingdom - Huntress
Description
Two days are to be based at home & one day in the office.Key functions & responsibilities
- Credit control and proactive ledger management
- Allocations of monies received to invoices
- Maintain accounts within agreed credit limits and aged debt requirements
- Ensure accounts are paid within agreed terms
- Deal with internal staff and clients to resolve queries through to client payment
- Dealing with solicitors in respect of seriously overdue accounts
- Producing reports needed by Directors
- Sending out monthly statements
- Raising & inputting of credit notes
- Inputting & allocation of cash
- Account opening for new customers
