    This transformative project spans multiple years and includes a roadmap for further implementations.

    As a Junior EDI Analyst, you will play a crucial role in assisting with the implementation, monitoring, and maintenance of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) processes and systems.

    This position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data exchange between business partners, vendors, and internal systems, contributing to the efficiency and accuracy of electronic data transactions.


    You must have the following Skills & Experience:

    Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related fieldUnderstanding of data mapping and transformation processesCommunication protocols (AS2, FTP, SFTP, VAN)EDI Knowledge & understand EDIFACT, TRADACOMS & XMLAnalytical and problem-solving skillsFluent English, additional European language proficiency is a plus.

    Desired Skills D365 FO or any other ERP systemKnowledge of SQL and data entitiesIntegration concepts and programming skills of API functionalityPersonal Skillswith the ability to manage multiple tasks.communication skills, able to explain complex concepts delivering under tight deadlinesdocument writing thrive in an international, multicultural environment.

    Key Responsibilitiesin setting up, testing, and maintaining EDI processes and troubleshoot EDI transactions for timely and accurate data IT and business teams to analyse, map, and translate data across different EDI formats and systemsthe onboarding of new trading partners, ensuring compliance with EDI resolve issues related to data mapping, translation errors, and data integrity.

    EDI processes, guidelines, and best practices for future reference.support for EDI-related inquiries from internal and external EDI system upgrades and enhancements for continuous improvement.updated with industry trends and changes in EDI standards and technologies.
