    Registered Manager (Domiciliary Care)

    They are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Manager specialising in domiciliary care to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of exceptional domiciliary care services, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and promoting a culture of excellence within the team.

    Qualifications and Experience:

    • Registered Manager or Deputy Manager looking to step up with a proven track record in domiciliary care.
    • Hold a valid CQC license.
    • Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations, and best practices in the care industry.
    • Experience in budget management and financial planning.
    • A commitment to delivering person-centred care and promoting the well-being of their clients.
