About the Role

Reporting into the Recruitment Manager, this role provides recruitment support across a variety of practice groups alongside working on projects.

Responsibilities include:

Managing relationships with key hiring managers regarding resourcing needs
Implementing attraction strategies
Collaborating with senior stakeholders on recruitment needs and business cases
Liaising with agencies and managing relationships
Overseeing and developing assistants in the team
Managing metrics and reporting
Driving forward diversity and inclusion initiatives

Job Requirements

You will have previous experience of working in a recruitment role with exposure to fee earning recruitment in a law firm environment either agency or in-house.

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills are essential.

£40,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
