    Job Description

    We are currently looking for a Reliability Engineer to join a leading pharmaceutical company based in the Hertfordshire area. As the Reliability Engineer you will be responsible for all critical utilities including Wastewater, HVAC, Steam and Refrigeration.

    This is an initial 12 month contract with possible extension.

    KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Your duties as the Reliability Engineer will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:

    1. As the Reliability Engineer, you will ensure the reliability of critical utilities such as Pure Water, Electric, Waste Water, HVAC, Steam, Compressed Air and Refrigeration, in line with company processes, SOP's and cGMP.

    2. As the Reliability Engineer, you will ensure this by managing data within the CMMS (computerized maintenance management system), reviewing faults and logging data accordingly.

    3. As the Reliability Engineer, you will use data from the CMMS to improve performance/inefficiencies and work with contractors as required.

    ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

    To be successful in your application to this exciting opportunity as the Reliability Engineer we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:

    1. Relevant degree in Mechanical Engineering discipline or similar.

    2. Proven industry experience working in Maintenance, Process or Reliability Engineering in the pharmaceutical industry.

    3. A working knowledge and practical experience with pharmaceutical manufacturing (cGMP).
