Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Fundraiser to join our team. As a Fundraiser, you will play a crucial role in raising funds for our organization through various channels. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain relationships with donors, sponsors, and supporters to secure financial contributions.

Duties:

Develop and implement fundraising strategies to meet organizational goals
Identify and cultivate potential donors and sponsors
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing donors and sponsors
Plan and execute fundraising events, campaigns, and initiatives
Utilize Raiser's Edge or similar software to manage donor information and track fundraising progress
Collaborate with marketing and public relations teams to promote fundraising efforts
Provide exceptional customer service to donors, sponsors, and supporters
Prepare and present reports on fundraising activities and outcomes

Experience:

Proven experience in fundraising or related field
Strong knowledge of fundraising principles, techniques, and best practices
Familiarity with Raiser's Edge or similar donor management software
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Demonstrated success in meeting fundraising targets
