What will you be doing?

  • Raising of orders for suppliers
  • Providing admin support for the Brokering department as well as our growing National Account business
  • Liaising with third party contractors facilities to obtain disposal prices in line with company procedures
  • Dealing with postcollection queries, including invoice queries, nonconformances, certificates of disposal
  • Creating costs and quote for the disposal of any bulk or drum waste
  • Ensuring that calls from customers are dealt with swiftly and efficiently ensuring that the correct information is provided
  • Dealing with waste queries quickly and efficiently in line with processes and including ensuring that legislative paperwork is completed

What are we looking for?

  • Previous experience gained within a sales administration role
  • Computer literate
  • Previous experience gained using Salesforce is essential
  • Financial understanding
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Hazardous Waste knowledge is desirable
