Achieve Professionals are currently working with a Manchester based law firm in their requirement for a Newly Qualified Personal Injury Solicitor.

Experience & Responsibilities:

• You will be handling a diverse OL/PL caseload to include some pre and post litigation claims from beginning to inception.
• You'll have at least 6 months experience in the PI sector and have exceptional client care and quality control skills.
• Previous exposure to providing client advice, instructing experts, analysing reports and valuations are advantageous and ideally you will have experience of drafting particulars for service, prepared quantum evidence, schedules of loss, instructed counsel, and drafted witness statements and replies.
• You'll also need knowledge of using a case management system, ideally Proclaim.

Salary & Other Earning Potential:

• Newly Qualified Solicitors start on £33,000, rising to £36,000 after six months but our client can be flexible on salary if you have a good level of pre-qualification experience
• Generous bonus structure - every lawyer receives a percentage of every case they win
