    Role:
    Head of New Business Sales
    Birmingham, Bracknell, Manchester or London (SCC operate hybrid working, which comprises of a mix of office and home working)

    Contract Type:
    Permanent, full time

    Salary Package:

    The SCC Digital New Business Sales role is responsible for attaining the sales booking targets (consultancy/professional services and managed services) for SCC Digital (which includes Cloud, Cyber and Digital Workplace) leading execution of all aspects of lead qualification and sales engagement/execution.

    SCC Digital is a new business unit within SCC and plays a key role driving and supporting our customers digital transformations.

    This is a highly visible role within a key growth engine of the broader SCC business. Become the principal conduit for all Digital Services sales opportunities within new logo prospects across UK mid-market organisations.
    Establish a strong internal network with key x-functional stakeholders to build then execute customer campaigns.
    Quickly develop value-based relationships with senior stakeholders within key customer targets.

    Sell in a consultative manner by truly understanding our prospects challenges & aligning appropriate solutions in order to deliver quick business value.

    Work closely with our cloud partners, such as Microsoft, to leverage pipeline generation and drive an effective co-sell motion as well as leveraging other BU's (Business Units) to drive attachment.

    Provide commercial ownership across all stages of opportunities
    Provide leadership of the New Business team and track progress of all opportunities
    Managing sales pipeline with an appropriate sales maturity model and accurate monthly and quarterly forecasting of sales.
    Resilient and tenacious with a unique ability to open doors with senior decision makers.
    Logical & creative approach to problem solving.
