Covering 10 Programme Tracks from AI/DeepTech, Global Leadership, Future of Energy, Start up Innovation/IPO to Health and the Global Economy.
The role of a
Delegate Manager:
- Deliver first-class customer service for all delegate attendees
- Maintain relationships with clients, partners, and audiences
- Ensure that all customer enquiries are processed in a timely manner
- Hire seasonal staff
- Train and supervise the seasonal staff
- Manage the information desks
About you:
- Hands on experience in managing festivals/ exhibitions
- Experience in training seasonal staff
- Great communication skills
- Good attention to detail
