They offer the world's biggest Festival of Inspiration,Impact and Transformational Change with up to 90,000 people, 10 stages, 1000+ speakers, 1000 expo stands.

Covering 10 Programme Tracks from AI/DeepTech, Global Leadership, Future of Energy, Start up Innovation/IPO to Health and the Global Economy.


The role of a
Delegate Manager:

  • Deliver first-class customer service for all delegate attendees
  • Maintain relationships with clients, partners, and audiences
  • Ensure that all customer enquiries are processed in a timely manner
  • Hire seasonal staff
  • Train and supervise the seasonal staff
  • Manage the information desks

About you:

  • Hands on experience in managing festivals/ exhibitions
  • Experience in training seasonal staff
  • Great communication skills
  • Good attention to detail
