We have Exciting Opportunities for Experienced Mortgage Advisors & Administrators in Hull & Local Areas.


What we are looking for:

We are seeking top-performing, highly motivated employed Mortgage & Protection Advisors to join our successful team at UK Moneyman.

There are 3 specialisms within our company, these are:
Residential – Purchase and Remortgage.
Specialist - Buy to Let, Secured Loans, and Bridging.
Age 60+, Retirement Mortgages and Equity Release.

We also require Administrators for the above (we are recruiting for admin staff also)Our Advisors will also recommend Protection Solutions for all clients.

If you have a minimum of 2 years' experience in any of the above specialisms, then this role is potentially suitable for you.

The ideal candidates will have an excellent level of product knowledge and criteria.

We have systems in place that allow the right leads to get booked in with the right advisor team based on their specialism.

Relevant qualifications for the role are vital.
CeMap, MAQ, CeRER for Age 60+ etc.


About us:
We are a team of 30+ employees with National Coverage.

We generate leads from all over the UK, leading to our average loan sizes being higher than usual in the local area.

All business is done over the telephone/video calls.
One Mortgage System (OMS) is our CRM system.

OMS has all the relevant integrations and allows us to stay on top of our game along with Microsoft Teams and Outlook.

We currently have 13 mortgage advisors employed with us, who are all extremely busyWe are an independent mortgage broker therefore we can offer in-house advice to meet our customer needs.

We are a close-knit team therefore internal referrals between different advisors based on their specialisms work well.


About the role:

Our sales process is such that you will spend most of your time speaking to customers and writing business, leaving all but the most essential of admin to your colleagues.

We will do all the lead generation on your behalf and all your appointments will be booked straight into your Outlook diary.

The ideal candidate will live in the local area, have a home office set up and will travel to our office at least 1 day per week once competent.

The number of hours and days worked per week etc can be flexible for the right applicant. The role can be full or part-time to fit around family commitments.

Earnings:

Advisors - You'll be employed on a basic salary of between £30,000 - £32,500 and receive an uncapped monthly bonus based on banked income.

Administrators – You will be employed on a basic salary of between £24,000 - £26,000 based on experience and you will receive a quarterly bonus based on customer satisfaction.
