A global technology consulting and digital solutions client of ours is looking for a Senior Azure Data Engineering Manager to join their growing team in the UK.

Below are more details of the position -Ideal QualificationsCandidate must have at least 18 yrs total IT experience yrs experience including at least 8 yrs managing end to end development and operations deliveries in data engineering data management projects involving Azure technologiesCandidate is expected to plan and orchestrate the transition process from another vendor which involves creating details KT plan organizing KT and shadowing sessions status reporting knowledge management etcCandidate is responsible for setting up end to end project management process along with process mandates regular reviews and governance reporting to client and internal leadershipCandidate will be required to oversee project progress and provide course corrections or get external help when necessaryCandidate is expected to execute the monthly service review and drive service improvements including automationCandidate is expected to play an active role in Ops space keeping close tabs on incidents and changes driving problem management and identifying pragmatic automations While driving this the candidate is expected to quantify and prove the benefits deliveredShould be experienced in migrating on prem and legacy DWH to Azure stackShould understand the overall program objectives and track it quantitativelyWill be required to contribute to RFP responses and also work on creating SOWs for new projects enhancementsShould be familiar with Azure technologies at a level that enables to identify potential risks in time for technical interventionsMust have a working experience in Azure DevOps and CI CD tools at each phase of the SDLC cycleCandidate will have to work with some overlap with the US daytimePlease send your resumes to for immediate consideration.
