    Page Personnel is partnering with a highly reputable, growing business who is going through a very exciting time. They are recruiting for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join their team on an ongoing temporary basis with the potential to go perm. This is the ideal role for someone who has a background in purchase ledger and able to work in a fast paced environment. You will be reporting to the Financial Controller & work in the office everyday.

    Our client is a highly reputable business based in central Southampton. Due to a period of business growth, they require extra support within their transactional finance function. The offices are very easy to commute to - especially via public transport.

    Description

    As the Accounts Payable Clerk, you will be responsible for:

    • Review & process invoices
    • Verify invoice details
    • Manage transactions in multi-currency
    • Reconciliations
    • Maintaining supplier records
    • Dealing with queries
    • Coordinate the payment runs
    • Generate AP reports
    • Support with month end

    Profile

    In order to be considered for the Accounts Payable Clerk role, you must:

    • Have previously worked in a similar role and be able to demonstrate this
    • Ideally have worked with Oracle Netsuite
    • Have excellent Excel skills
    • Have excellent attention to detail
